Stewart & Associates offers hourly, daily or monthly office rentals in our various furnished offices.
Our office rentals rates (all rates are subject to GST):
$30.00 per hour
$100.00 for a 4-hour consecutive reservation
$200.00 for a full day
$600.00 monthly for 1 day per week (=$150.00 per day)
$900.00 monthly for 2 days per week (= $112.50 per day)
$1200.00 monthly for 3 days per week (= $100.00 per day)
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made on our online booking system Jane, or by email to admin@stewart-assoc.com. Once an agreement and appropriate documentation is filled out and received, you will set up an account through Jane Booking Software to view available offices to rent.
Office Manager’s hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and reservation requests during this period will be responded to quite quickly. Requests received after hours may not be responded to until the next business day.
PAYMENT
- Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation date. If the requested reservation date is within 24 hours, then payment is required immediately.
We have several payment options available:
- Preferred: Interac eTransfer (admin@stewart-assoc.com)
- In person (cash, cheque, debit)
- Credit card – this is a last resort, however all renters must include credit card information as a security measure
- A $20.00 fee will be charged for any NSF returned cheques.
**No future office reservations will be scheduled if there are any outstanding amounts owed.
The building is accessible Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm (except Statutory holidays). If you are renting outside of these hours you will require a building Fob (deposit required).
CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the reserved time to receive a full refund.
