Counselling Approach & Philosophy

I approach counselling as a collaborative and deeply human process, grounded in client-centred and trauma-informed values. Each person is the expert of their own story, and I strive to honour the diverse identities, experiences, and strengths each client brings. Central to my approach is the therapeutic relationship itself; it is a foundation for safety, trust, and meaningful change. My role is to create a supportive and inclusive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace. I view therapy as a shared journey guided by your insight and goals, and I am committed to building an authentic, empowering connection that supports healing, resilience, and growth.
